A result of their own volition...

Following our reading on 'craftsmanship' being one of the divine sciences the precious cat boys came up with some ideas but I am not sure if they are entirely on the right track.
Thinking of it their beautiful furry paws may not be optimally suited for crafts, perhaps I should let them tread their mysterious, self-defined paths. But then again I think they could get into drama, singing, or gymnastics. ?!?

In this photo Augustus is doing a sitting pose as a debut into modeling career.

Here's Ollie who can either work for DEA or become a florist.

Here's August showing that he can be a security guard but I am not too keen on that.

Ferocious ginger can also be a guard, but who are we kidding, he is too cute for that.

And finally, here is Gussy Guss modeling mummy's necklace from the wonderful NoisyPlume.  I think we are back to modeling.
There are many other possibilities that will be revealed gradually.  For now, the boys and I decided to start the day with this reading.

"Unto each one hath been prescribed a pre-ordained measure, as decreed in God's mighty and guarded Tablets. All that which ye potentially possess can, however, be manifested only as a result of your own volition. Your own acts testify to this truth." (Gleanings 149)

The furry little dudes found this reading very useful because they are very aware of their innate talents (gymnastics, yoga, hunting, reading, music, comedy, and certainly drama, to name only a few) and are going to start working on them immediately. No inertia holds these boys back!

Wishing all a happy Thursday free from inertia and cat kisses for encouragement!

Ciao!

  2. O what a grand idea! Only trouble is that Ollie slurps up his food in a second making it a very short commercial, and August starts eating so gradually, making it a very long commercial. I am going to do some trials now that you bring this up. Thanks Anne!

  4. Nancy, now that you mention it, I think they would enjoy getting their paws into some plaster....but their fur will get sticky?
