'We are!', said Augustus and Ollie in unison.
I feel that I had a tough week, not quite sure why, but early this morning, and I mean early early this morning, around 3:45 a.m. when I woke up to the sounds of Augustus and Ollie, I immediately asked myself what day it was because I too was ready for the weekend. Yes, when I open my eyes to cat sounds in the morning I usually search the room because the cats are usually pasted to the screen door, perched on top of a closet, the TV, or some unexpected place, and if I don't respond to their calls quickly, well, whoom comes down Ollie on all fours on my belly.
All of this to tell you that I too look forward to this weekend; so much so that I am forgoing what I had (more like we had) planned to share with you. So the topic of 'solitude' will get postponed perhaps to next week or even later. And why you may ask 'solitude"....because my yoga class yogi sent an email with writings on 'solitude', and this was followed by coincidental reading of an article about 'solitude'. I will stop jibber jabbering (as Mr T would say) about all this now because it is not consistent with 'solitude' but hope to remember to follow up the topic later and soon.
Wishing you all a delightful weekend. Remember it is a long one and a very important one.
